How to add a new Mobile device?

Vamos SIM cards are integrated with the Kwebbl platform, this means the SIM card needs to be added to the Customer’s Hosted Voice account in order to make and receive calls.

 

Step 1 - Order a SIM card:

Use the request form “Mobile Simcard Request” or “Mobile simcard Request with porting” and provide the required information. 

 

Kwebbl adds the SIM card to the Kwebbl platform and confirms when the SIM card is available.

 

Step 2 - Create a SIM device

Only upon confirmation the SIM card can be added to Customer’s Hosted Voice account by adding a new Device using the Mobile number and ICCID. Finally assign the SIM device to the appropriate user.
